This week, Jared and I are testing a concept of drafting games and consoles by first drafting video game consoles themselves! We both got six consoles, but we’re not allowed any duplicates. Which of us gets the best draft? Why do we make the picks we make? Does the PS Vita ever die?

This week, we’ve got another game in the Science Adventure series, and this time, there are giant robots. We break down the story of Robotics;Notes Elite, talk about moments and characters we did and did not like, chatted about how much of a raging butt our protag could be, and we compare it to other games in the Science Adventure series.
Leave a CommentJared and I take a bit of a chill week and look at what games and anime are coming up for the rest of this year, what we are excited about, and what is on the horizon in 2022.
Leave a CommentThis week, Jared and I jump right into another Netflix video game-related media offering. This time, we’re with Rookie Cop Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield once again for Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness. We talk about all 4 episodes (that should’ve been a movie), the plot and which parts are nonsensical, and how it lives up to other CG Resident Evil films.
Leave a CommentThis week, we pursue Lu Bu! We watched the Netflix live action Dynasty Warriors film, and this…uh. It is a film.. We talk about the actual musou parts of the movie, the story parts of the film that drag on way too long (even if there are some funny moments), and what we would have done differently if we were making the Dynasty Warriors film. The musou queen has spoken!
Leave a CommentWe’re here with our final installment of AL Experiences Yakuza, and we’re talking about the last game in the Kiryu saga, Yakuza 6. We discuss how his arc wraps, my overall thoughts, how this game has one of the best moments I have ever seen in a video game, and where this ranks overall in the series.

This week, we’re going to talk about cooperating, chaos, and materia! First, Jared and I played the cooperative game Operation: Tango, where we got to be an agent and a hacker and work together to save the world. Next, we got to finally play through that Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin demo, so we break down what we liked and didn’t like, plus how the mechanics worked and how bad I am at it. Lastly, I played through the Yuffie DLC with Final Fantasy Intergrade, and so we talk about the story and what it means for the larger picture of Final Fantasy 7 Remake‘s story.
Leave a CommentWell, the video games have come and gone. This week, Jared and I break down the big shows with Ubisoft, Microsoft, Square Enix, Capcom, and Nintendo. We talk about what’s good, what’s bad, chaos, and the surprises.
Leave a CommentIt’s that time of year again! The video games are taking over. Somehow, E3 is not dead, and we’ve also got this weird divorced and fighting scenario with E3 and Summer Game Fest. We talk about who is going to be there, make our predictions, and already get things wrong.
BUT before that! We talk about the recent controversy with Mr. Love: Queen’s Choice. Voice actors got fired! Actual censorship is a problem! Bad fans are bad! It’s basically a giant train wreck, and I give you the full breakdown of events and explain why I quit the game despite playing it since launch.
Leave a CommentThis week, we’re back into the real world of Yakuza instead of the fake imitation Yakuza from last week. We get to drive a taxi, fist fight a bear, become an idol, be disgusting, and play baseball. This sure is a Yakuza game! We talk about the story and chat about how the pieces all it together, as well as deciding where it ranks in the rest of the series so far.
